I ordered the honey chicken biscuit for breakfast, I'm pretty sure the chicken sat somewhere drying out for a good 30 minutes, or more than it should have been out. I also ordered the chocolate frosty cold brew coffee mix. Why add ice to a drink that already has ice cream in it, hence the word ice, in ice cream. Not a very good drink, when I asked the cashier if she tried it she said no never had it!!! I'm glad she was honest but she could have at least use some common sense, why add ice to an ice cream drink. This is not my first time having problems with this Wendy's in particular, so I know I will definitely not be back
Ordered breakfast through the drive through. A simple Sausage Egg abd Cheese. How in the world they forget the Sausage and Cheese is beyond me. And then the manager on duty when I call and tell them the order was wrong oh, well, I checked the cameras and they put everything on it. Like what reason do I have to lie? If I didn 't wanna spend my money, I 'd have just made ts at home. Im over this location fr especially when you have to repeat simple things because English isn 't their first language.
There was a significant language barrier during my visit at night, which caused me to spend an extra 10 minutes of my lunch break trying to explain to the young woman that I didn't receive my medium fries. Both she and another employee seemed to want to charge me for them again. Thankfully, a young man stepped in and helped clarify the situation. But honestly, is Wendy's in such rough shape that they can't just give away a medium fry?
I’ve been coming to this Wendys since high school and the staff are like old friends if you take the time to say hello. Luis, Hidalgo and Mike and there’s one more guy who works overnite now, who used to work evenings. All 4 of these people always have an upbeat greeting and smile when I see them. Thanks for feeding me for literally years

I just left the restaurant and this isn't the first time this has happened. I ordered two meals that totaled over $32—one large and one medium—but I only received two medium meals. I also ordered a BBQ sauce, which I didn't receive but was charged for. I tried calling three times to resolve this, but no one answered. I won't be returning.
The begging for change and food outside of this location is getting crazy. The people are right up at the drive thru window being pushy. Been coming here for years and I'm just gonna go to brooklyn park now.
I witnessed a homeless individual washing his hands in the beverage machine yesterday, where customers get their drinks, because the staff had locked the restrooms.
I can't decide if it was the panhandling while waiting for my food or the overt contempt the employees have for the customer that I like best.
