Normally everything is good service clean no issues,unfortunately on this early Thursday morning Nov.9@ 6:30am) I want the biggie breakfast so I got it. As I arrived at work and layer m6 food out coffee sandwich unwrapped I proceeded to dumb my What is to be the best home price ever) there was a wad of black hair entangled with my fries. I call back all while gagging) and the general manager offers an apology and and refund and a truly unempathetic explanation that it probably was her hair as if that should appease me. I could careless if it was Jesus hair I don't want to ingest it. It's been along time since I worked fast food but aren't hair nets a requirement.

Employees have zero interest in getting your order right, nor being courteous or kind. Quit the job if you’re that miserable and bad at customer service. Avoid this

The quality of the food and the service has been downgraded over time, and the soda tastes bad as hell I couldn't even drink soda for the weird taste.
