I've been here several times, and given it a fair shot each time. I won't try again. The food itself is fine- you finally get it. Each time I have been here (and I've tried drive thru, carry out, and walk in) it has taken AT LEAST 15 minutes. Minimum. It's honestly nuts how they're allowed to keep people waiting as long as they do. I consider myself a generally patient and understanding person because I have also worked in the food service industry, but my patience has worn out and I will not be back.
I was going to call and speak to a manager but I figured I’d leave a review instead. Just wanted to say the group of young adults running the drive thru and the young lady who brought us out our food was a breath of fresh air. Beautiful smiles, kind, respectful and our 7 4 for 4s to go were flawlessly made. Thank you crew for making our drive thru experience enjoyable! Good job, good work, proud of you kids!
Their system sucks you order online they never get it the drive thru line is always long and slow and you can never dine in since it seems like the dining room is always closed they really need to tear it down as well since they tore down the other 2 buildings next to itParking: Spots are always empty since the dining room is always closed and everybody's in the drive thru
Posted hours on the door says open until 10pm but after getting food in drive thru before 8pm, tried going inside for son to use restroom and its locked. Person at counter looks over and just shakes head no and shrugs. This is 2nd time this year the doors are locked during normal business hours. Post a sign on the door at least!

We’ve ordered from here quite a few times. The food is fine, but inevitably EVERY TIME they forget something in our order. One time they forgot three items total. At this rate it’s just carelessness. Employees need better training or more supervision
First time visiting this location. What a joke! waited in Drive through line for twenty minutes for them to tell me cash only. Could have had an employee come out to worn people. Off to schnecksville. Never an issue at that location.
Denise was great. Helped with an app issue and treated us like vip. The chicken sandwich was extremely good with what tasted like a homemade nicely spiced breaded moist piece of chicken.
It ain't the food you gotta worry abou. It's the employees, who may or may not make your order when they feel like it's convenient to.

Chili's great especially on a bitter cold day! I also enjoyed the frosty that you needed a spoon drink it instead of a straw.
The food was not fresh at all. The worst Wendy’s chain I ever visited.
