I’d rate my experience today a 3, although it seemed like they were just having an off day. I went through the drive-thru and ordered chili, but they gave me a fork instead of a spoon by mistake. My daughter’s kids meal was missing the toy, so I parked and went inside to sort it out. When I talked to the staff, they said they were out of spoons, and I mentioned that the drive-thru should have informed me so I could make a better choice when ordering. I also asked for the chicken nuggets to be freshly made, but they arrived lukewarm. I reluctantly stopped here to get coffee from Wendys and went drive thru instead because lot of cars parked with people seem to do nothing except eating. Their coffee satisfies too. Two for five bucks deal lured me back in again to buy two different chicken sandwiches. The manager on duty helped to choose two different kind. I missed that part. Very busy, noisy, smelly(gasoline) spot but I nevertheless give ? up!
Parking at this location can be difficult if you plan to walk in or eat in your car. The cars in drive through block you in on a busy day. However, the food was great. The California chicken sandwich was seasoned and fried to perfection. Watch out Popeyes! The service was excellent.
Good service tables were wiped clean when we sat there and eat food! Driving thru was very slow, terrible communication and attention to the customer. Burger is incredibly juicy and the Pommes are still absolutely delicious.

The service was very slow, and the fries were undercooked. It’s a Wendy’s, so I didn’t expect much, but since this one is located inside a gas station, it felt especially unclean. I wouldn’t visit this location again.
Wendy's gets quite busy during lunchtime, and they're a bit short-staffed, so be patient. I saw the employees working really hard and doing their best to fulfill orders. Appreciate the effort and the tasty meal!
The food at this location is consistently excellent, even though the Hawthorne branch is just a short distance from my home. I truly don’t mind the drive for high-quality food and outstanding service!
I love this place. Everybody there is the bomb.? U haven't had a better dub ? cheese burger than here.? Fry's bomb ?, drinks always fresh? , they have a wezzel pretzel inside.. ???????

One of my favorite spots for delicious Cheap food. Do yourself a favor and try this place. Service is consistently good. Menu is similar to a restaurant in Jacksonville I liked.
The food is excellent, and the staff is always polite and friendly. I really enjoy coming here!
