Worst Wendy’s ever. This is the second time I’ve been here and it was terrible. The first experience the lady that took my order was rude as hell! The second experience, my order was very messed up. Total opposite of what I ordered but yet charged me for something completely different. When this was brought to their attention they laughed about it and were being extremely inappropriate about it.They made me park and told me they would bring the food out to me and 15 minutes later I still didn’t have my food. Just Left there. Fries Cold and cooked in oil with spicy stuff. Hamburger was to be onions, pickles MUSTARD. Got all the way.. Hate Ketchup FRIES OLD COLD HARD AS ROCKS.... Very bad service. The person who took the order did not confirm us at least 5 minutes, and then, when she did, she pretended not to serve us at all. It took a considerable amount of time to get the food and then when we were home to eat it, it wasn't that good either.
I came home and my bag was missing a hamburger. You do not answer a phone or email. So it was a heavy rainy day. I lost it. You never answered the email. How to check everything before you move there

Drive-through. It taste like what you expect from a Wendys. My order was missing chicken nuggets which was paid already through mobile app.
You should be ready to spend 15 minutes (minimum) in line to make a drive through order $5 dollar a gallon of gas
Young manager has terrible attitude and they dint honor their own coupons. Store looks old and dirty.
