Hadn't eaten at Wendy's since Covid lockdown since when they first reopened the dinning room it was for short periods of time that never coincided with our desire to eat there. Expected price increase but not that much. Before Covid two could eat for a little over $12 that included one small frosty. Today we paid over 18 for the same order without the frosty. Won't be eating there often in the future.Wheelchair accessibility: No! Barely handicapped accessible.
I waited for over 15 minutes without any service. I was hoping to place my order, but the woman in the grey shirt seemed preoccupied. This Wendy's on Oswell is also extremely hot! The air conditioning seems to be broken or ineffective. I can't imagine how the employees can work in that heat. I would have been willing to wait a bit longer if the AC had been functioning properly. It's 109° today! You all need to improve on this. No service at all.
I waited 30 minutes for my order as a dine-in customer, and it seemed like they completely forgot about it. When I finally received my food, it was cold and old. The staff had an attitude and attempted to serve me the stale items. When I got home, I discovered that some of my order wasn't remade at all and was simply outdated. I will never return to this location; management needs to improve.
The bathroom was exceptionally clean, and when I was walking out, the manager of 16 years was heading in to sanitize. I ordered my meal and specifically told them no salt on my fries so they would be fresh. When my oder was called, the fries were cold. The manager, having that many years of experience, should know you serve the fries last. They are not the first thing you put on the tray. Réservez une table maintenant
In my opinion, Wendy's offers the best breakfast. However, I've had some frustrating experiences with certain locations not answering their phones and providing incorrect information, which ends up wasting my time. It makes no sense to advertise the 2 for $3 deal if they aren't actually going to honor it.
Fresh Apple Pecan grilled chicken salad and yummy Pumpkin Spice frosty. Co-ed bathrooms were locked or disgusting. Worker locked other bathroom after me telling her they were out of hand towels.
The burgers are tasty and satisfying. You can't go wrong with a chocolate frosty paired with some fries; it's always a perfect combo.
This location is always clean and fast service. The Asiago ranch chicken sandwich is what I get every time I highly recommend Réservez une table maintenant
Ice machine don’t work, bathroom out of napkins and not cleaned the chili cheese too watery, careless management SA…..
