This Wendy's consistently provides poor service and shows a lack of attention to detail. I've had several encounters where my order was incorrect, with the most recent being when they forgot to add bacon to my Baconator meal. They are also significantly understaffed, and the doors are seldom open for walk-in customers. Furthermore, this location doesn't accept mobile orders through their app, which means you're forced to use the drive-thru. They really need to enhance their operations.
I've been to this location multiple times and generally had a good experience. However, on my last two visits to the drive-thru, I ordered the same combo meal. The first time, the bag was missing the fries and nuggets, and this time, the sandwich was left out. I was charged for the full combo both times, but I only realized the items were missing after I got home, which is quite inconvenient.
I ordered a number 1 single combo meal with just a couple of toppings, but my order was entirely messed up. I didn't check it while I was at the restaurant, and when I got home and opened it up, I found that the burger was wrong, and the fries were warm and soggy instead of crispy. They weren't even busy, so there's really no excuse for the mistake. I won't be coming back to this location.
Wendy's is always a place to get good quality food quickly. I love the triples with cheese, bacon, onions, and tomatoes. But the last time I was there, they only had vanilla and strawberry Frosty's. I hadnt had a strawberry Frosty yet so I tried it. Strawberry is not as bad as vanilla but I'm sticking to chocolate Frosty's in the future. Réservez une table maintenant

got food and then, when i was on the drive home, i noticed my food was soggy and took a drink of my sprite and it was all carbonation. i called to talk to them about it and they just hung up the phone on me. I will NEVER go back there again, and i?llbe telling everyone the same thing.
I really love the food at Wendy's, especially their breakfast options. They have great deals available both in-store and through their app. If you haven't downloaded the app yet, I highly recommend doing so! You can get free food quite often. I'm a huge fan!
I visited around 6:00 PM and used a buy-one-get-one-free coupon to order two Baconator Burgers for my husband and me. I must say, they were fresh, hot, and incredibly delicious. Thank you, Wendy's, especially the location near the CAL Ranch Store! Réservez une table maintenant
Wendy's hot crispy fries? That turned out to be a myth. If you actually receive everything you ordered, consider yourself fortunate; just don’t anticipate anything beyond that.
