Wendy's - Réservation de table

When we arrived and got in line, a man approached the loudspeaker and said there were "4...or 5...or 4" cars ahead of us. It was confusing, as we could only see about 2 cars in front of us. We found it odd but waited for about 5 minutes. Then, another employee spoke and mentioned they were "from the big flesh" but only had "small meat," which we thought was strange. She also sounded quite irritated and was practically shouting. After we paid, they told us to move forward and wait, but we ended up waiting about 10 minutes, which felt excessive considering we only ordered a meal of chicken nuggets and there was only one other car waiting for their food. We called to tell them our order was messed up and they didn't care. I told them they should have a sign up if lettuce is recalled. The employee said it was on the news, so we should already know, no need to tell us.They forgot my honey mustard sauce, no straws, and no lettuce on our burgers. No one cared. Tried to call corporate, no answer. Tried to fill out the online form and got a 404 error. Every time I go to this location I get cold food, missing items, and dry chicken. Not to mention the 30 min wait. It's just notworth it.

The drive-thru experience was disappointing. When I received my drink, it was handed to me with a food glove that had wobble and ketchup on it, so I declined. I’m puzzled as to why it took so long; it seemed like he was managing the drive-thru, taking orders, and making burgers all while wearing the same gloves!

Every time I go there, and I don't know why I return, the people working the drive thru seem to be high on something, can't speak sentences eyes hard shut slurring their words! Food is always cold, if they even get my order right. I will not be returning. Réservez une table maintenant

Just came threw there and the food was COLD FRY WASN’T DONE! I could understand if I were driving a long distance but DAMN. Fry were uncooked like they be sitting out for 20mins then throwing in the fry.

Avoid this place at all costs. I would rather eat McDonald's on the street. Even when they get my order right, the fries are almost always cold. Such a disappointment.

It was just ok. I got a ceasar salad and it was a bit limp and disappointing. Normally I like everything I get here though. I'd just steer clear of the salads.

Elizabeth LK Rd Wendy's needs to improve their quality of food. I eat at the one by us 23 exit it's amazing!!
