It was so bad. The manager took my order..I couldn't find something on the menu and immediately she had an attitude. I asked her why she was being so rude. She didn't respond to my comment but asked anything else. Ok then I get home..I live 6miles away..my food was cold. I called and she said she has so many customers that she doesn't remember me. I said I wanted a refund and she said she can't I need to talk to someone else..come on really. I work with customers too I can't imagine acting this way. I called customer service and they said she would call me back. Of course it hasn't happened yet. There wasn't a zero star or I would have done that. My bill was 28 dollars.
I would have given this restaurant a 5 but Jamie working the drive thru is the absolute rudest person I have ever met. She handed me a diet coke and when I asked for a regular she rolled her eyes at me and if she could have thrown the soda at me I think she would have and flipped her wrist at me when I said Thank You. Regardless if you're having a bad day or if that is infact your entire personality drop the attitude at the door if you are in customer service. She also gave me the wrong order and I had to go back to get my 13.00 sandwich.
After dodging several potholes in the street and lot of this particular Wendy’s, I was disappointed to get cold food as this has never happened for me with Wendy’s drive thru. It is usually worth the risk of all the potholes to get my Wendy’s order, but today must have been an off day because the food was not even warm, yet still edible as it does microwave well, I’m sure I’ll be back anyways…lol!
Yay! Our local Wendy's has improved much as far as food quality and taste. Their chicken breast sandwiches more tender ..they used to be partially fibrous. Other items are good as well. Back in the 80s, when I was a student we had McD, Bk, Wendy's, Tb and Arbys.. mainly. Wendy's was the best for sandwitches, costed more. Then they went downhill, got acquired by Arby's...and improving.
