Wendy's - Réserver une table

Manager wouldn?t let me place an order inside due to us not having mobile app orders. Drive thru is darn near wrapped around the building with nobody inside. Especially after a long hard day of work. I feel that is such an inconvenience and a way toforce you into using something you don?t desire too. Definitely will be contacting corporate as I?m sure the objective of thebusiness is to make money and provide great customer while doing so. Not turning customers away for not having an app or anmobile or online order. Had to drive over 10 miles to the next restaurant. Very irritated because I usually have greatexperiences as I frequently go here every other day.

I ordered through Uber Eats and was told by the Uber driver that an employee there was being very rude towards them (throwing food into the bag (which will get damaged because of excessive force) complaining that customers were coming in but forgettingthe fact that orders through Uber takes priority.

I always love Wendy's they always go above and beyond even when the customer or patron does not have much money they still find a way to accommodate we need more fast food restaurants like Wendy's in Jonesboro on Tara boulevard

Sign says they open at 06:30am on Thursdays. Google says they are open so I pulled up in line at 07:45am waited five minutes to be told they?re not open. My mouth was ready. This ain?t cool Wendy

Last visit would have been fine if some idiots line in drive thru. They just let him pick up his order instead of coming back.
