We have visited this restaurant before and had a much better experience. Unfortunately, this time the service was lacking. The cashier seemed to be in need of a break or something, as she was quite rude to the customer in front of me. I asked her to correct my order since I had only requested a sandwich, but she charged me for a full meal. To show that I wasn't trying to get free fries, I offered to return them to her. I politely slid the bag toward her so she wouldn't have to reach too far, but she abruptly snatched the fries out, causing some of them to fall on the floor.
It was a nice clean store. Some people have said that they gave a lower score because of the messy area near the self serve soda machines. Well my reason for the lower score is not hot food. The cheese on my burger should be melted, not look like they justtook it out of the plastic. I know it's fast food, but it should be hot and fast. I will never give a restaurant more than 2stars if they give warmish food. Food was good, and to my opinion Wendy's has the best bbq sauce. But if food is not hot thenlow score it is.
I had a very good experience at this store my favorite is when I was served by the man Juan who made my experience there fantastic every time he is there the entire restaurant is Illuminated with joy and it makes worth spending money on food Idon't need look forward to coming back and enjoying another meal
I ordered a Dave's Double, which cost me about $1.50 more at this location than at another one I visited last week. The burger was tasty, though. I also tried a $5 Biggie Bag, but it was just mediocre. The fries were somewhat soggy, and they forgot to include the sauce for my nuggets. Réservez une table maintenant
