We eventually approached Destiny, who told Desiree to take our order so we could "stop complaining." This was incredibly frustrating, and Destiny continued to mutter under her breath as we asked questions. After requesting to speak with the manager, we were assisted by Natasha, who was understanding and willing to help. She provided us with the names of the three employees involved and the corporate contact number. Although she offered to take our order personally, after our earlier experience, we no longer felt comfortable having her do so.
We have since reached out to corporate via email and phone and are awaiting their response. We will not be returning to this location again.
If I could give this place a negative 5 stars, I definitely would. I ordered through UberEats at 7:32 PM and had four different people attempt to pick up my order. It's now 8:42 PM, and my order was canceled because it timed out in the app. I tried calling the restaurant, but I overheard a staff member say they couldn't take calls. Clearly, they can’t handle phone calls at the store either. I won't be ordering from here again, and I strongly recommend that others steer clear as well. This experience was terrible.
I just visited a Wendy's around 9 PM and I have to say, check your receipts! I found an extra charge for a promo that I didn't request. If I hadn't looked at my receipt, I would have left with that additional charge. On top of that, they didn’t even provide the coupon book. I'm not sure if they receive something for upselling, but this isn’t the right way to do it. The food was just okay, and I specifically asked for fresh fries, but they weren't fresh at all. This experience was through the drive-thru.
I decided to give this restaurant a try, but my experience was disappointing. I ordered a dish from the kiosk, which took about 10 minutes to prepare. The tables were somewhat dirty. There’s a basement in the restaurant, although I’m not sure if it was closed because of the late hour or COVID restrictions. They accept both cash and card payments, and it’s accessible by public transport.

This Wendy's requires all customers to pick up their orders themselves, whether they arrive by foot or by bike. Everyone has to use the drive-thru and wait at the window, which often means waiting behind ten cars just to get your food. It's frustrating and unreasonable. They really need to hire more staff to manage delivery orders more efficiently!
I went through the drive-thru, and the service was impressively quick. The young man who took my order was decent; he could have shown a bit more patience, but considering the long line, he handled it well. The food was fresh and hot, just the way I like it.
Steer clear of this restaurant! My order was half an hour late, and the staff were unhelpful and dismissive when I asked about it. If I could give zero stars, I would, but I'll have to settle for one. Service: 1/5.
I have had the most horrible experience ever dealing with wendys. I ordered at about 12am got my food at 3am...Food came and it was another order! Service: Delivery Price per person: $20–30

There was a line on drive through, in the store, there were kids throwing football in eating area. Gloor was dirty and sticky. There was massive confusion and delays with ordersFood: 3/5
