When I got to the window, I asked if I could add two items to my order and that I was willing to wait. Instead of helping me, she closed the window and started rubbing her face as if I had committed a terrible offense. When she finally opened the window again, she seemed annoyed and asked me what I wanted. I informed her that she had just closed the window, then she turned her back to me and told her coworkers what I wanted while angrily tapping on her screen to add the items to my order.

I have had repeated issues with incorrect orders every time I've visited. The most disappointing experience involved them recycling fries and chicken nuggets. I stood there, having already touched my fries, and watched as they tossed the leftover fries and nuggets back into the serving pile. Additionally, I overheard the manager calling an employee a "dummy" and instructing them to clean something. I was shocked by their lack of respect for the food they serve, their employees, and their customers.
Yet another Wyoming Valley Wendy's that is poor at best. Understandably understaffed in today's work climate, but the workers that are there have no sense of urgency. Management presence is negligible. Workers joking around, on their cell phones all while there is a lobby of customers at the counter and drive thru busy. This is not a well run establishment.
Food was good,but manager was yelling at , employees,which made experience bad,that's manager should go back to learn how to talk to people.I will not go back to that one,again.People in store,but even if not that's is no way to talk to people.rudr behavior on manager.

It's actually minus 10 stars....Got a triple Dave's burger meal.All 3 patties were over cooked and dry.Doesn't end there, got a large chili but I drank the chili from the cup, got only a few beans and tiny pieces of meat.Totally pathetic.
My fries were cold . My chicken sandwich was plain no cheese no lettuce nothing! Just a chicken pattie in between dry bread! My frosty was melted was afraid to even try it) I will never even spend another cent in that place.
The restaurant was quite empty, with only about four people there around 4 PM. It felt a bit lifeless, and the food was average—on par with what you would expect from any Wendy's. Rating: 3/5.
