Honestly, this place doesn't even deserve a single star. We waited in line for an hour before being able to place our order, and since the lobby was closed, we couldn't order inside. We ordered six straightforward items, and it took an additional 20 minutes just for someone to take our order. Only one window was open, and we received the wrong food twice. A staff member at the window even tried to keep my older brother's debit card. Most of the employees had locked the doors and were playing with their kids in the lobby instead of serving customers. Overall, the service was truly terrible.
This last visit was takeout, and the previous was dine-in during the covid no mask break. Everything was exactly perfect. We got a plain chicken w/cheese sandwich, and a Wendy's Double. It was good and I mean total noms. I got fries and a fountainCoke. The fries were perfect and the Coke was perfect. They have one of those new nice fountain drink machines. Remembertreat your food service workers with kindness. It's not an easy job these days. Thanks Wendy's!!
Waited in the drive thru for about 20 minutes for one car. 10 minutes was spent waiting for them to talk to us in the intercom. After finally teaching the window, we got our food but we no receipt. They didn't pay attention to us at all. Couldn't getcondiments. After checking we found that we had one wrong sandwich. Not going to be going back to this location. Better offsticking to a different fast food joint.
The double stack patties have been rather dry lately and certainly lack freshness. I've heard the chili is still fantastic, but they never seem to give enough crackers for my wife and son, who both really enjoy it. My wife dislikes soggy bread or crackers, so she likes to crush them into her chili and eat it with a spoon. Unfortunately, this has become somewhat of a downside for them!

It took some time to place my order while I was at the speaker, but once I did, the food was served quickly. The burger was okay, but if there’s no chili, it should be mentioned. When I got home, I found a cup of soup that had maybe three beans in it. There were plenty of crackers, but I didn't ask for bean water and crackers; I expected to have meat and beans in my chili.
Good food and pleasant staff. Service was a bit slow particularly since I was the only person in the dining room. The dining area needed to be cleaned and the bathrooms were a bit dated but otherwise a positive experience.
Don't wait! They got our order exactly right, and the staff was both friendly and efficient. I was really impressed with how she handled the busy evening while still delivering hot and accurate food.
Window and counter service is great at night the only thing is some workers want to goof off instead of working the way they should. I know because of being in management for
