I had a disappointing experience with customer service at this particular Wendy's. I've noticed that they've changed their staff completely three or four times in the last 6 to 9 months, both during morning and evening shifts. They consistently mess up my order or forget items. When I point this out, they respond rudely, as if I'm inconveniencing them by asking for ketchup, which should already be included in the bag. Instead of rectifying their mistakes, they take my name and address and claim that corporate will send me coupons in the mail. Out of at least seven times they've made this promise, I've only received coupons twice. I hope this new team has better customer service skills.
I visited the restaurant to relax and enjoy a meal but found it quite busy with drive-through orders. I stood at the counter for about 4 or 5 minutes while two employees walked by, assuring me that someone would assist me shortly. Eventually, I placed my order for a burger combo with small fries, which was very good, along with a medium strawberry Frosty. Unfortunately, the Frosty didn’t taste like strawberry at all. It was cold and refreshing, but I can only give it one star for flavor. I’m also giving one star for service during this visit. However, I’m willing to give the place another chance in the future.
The Baconator is still a fantastic choice! During my last trip to the Drive-Thru, my sandwich was made incorrectly, even though the ticket had the right order. I had to wait in a long line to get the correct sandwich. Fortunately, the staff was polite and quickly resolved the issue without any hassle. I understand that the long wait times aren't the staff's fault. Despite this minor hiccup, this Wendy's remains my go-to place for morning coffee and a croissant.
This restaurant seems to have a staff that really struggles with efficiency. During the lunch rush, I can't understand why there was only one cashier, who was then taken off to bag orders instead of helping customers. The place was packed, both inside and in the drive-thru, yet the staff acted as if everything was perfectly fine. Unfortunately, they got my straightforward order wrong and made me wait over 30 minutes. Very disappointing experience.

Wendy's has the best breakfast of any fast food restaurant in town. The West Kearney Wendy's is fast, workers are courteous friendly AND THE SAUSAGE EGG CHEESE BISCUIT IS THE BEST !!! Their biscuits are huge their eggs are fried. Biscuits gravy are delicious. I'm a new Wendy's customer, but I will definitely be a customer of this Wendy's for a long time. ANYBODY THAT HASN'T TRIED BREAKFAST AT WENDY'S IS MISSING OUT.
I was let down by my experience at your restaurant today. I ordered a kid's meal, hoping to receive a Toys R Us coupon, but when I looked inside the kids meal bag, I found a cousin offer instead of a coupon. Although the bag mentioned checking inside the toy bag for the offer, our toy bag had no information about the cousin offer. This situation left me feeling unsatisfied.
The plasters where old and warm, not hot as they should be. I ordered 2 double-burger meals to my order, they didn't want time there and either make a fresh patty or all 4 fresh. They told us they had only 3 big patties, so my number one couldn't be double. They had enough time to freshen the pattys they just didn't want. Let's not go back to this sweetie.
I went in and ordered a Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Biscuit Combo for breakfast, but they got my order wrong. Instead, I received a Chicken Sandwich that was so overcooked and dried out that I couldn't eat it without risking choking.

I've been let down by many places lately, but this location was a refreshing change. I ordered the Pretzel Bacon Burger combo with chili, and it was nearly perfect. The crazy Lemon Lime Melo Yellow was great as well!
This Wendy's location is the best I've ever visited. My orders are consistently accurate and served quickly. Keep up the excellent work, dedicated team! You really lift my spirits!
