I ordered through the mobile app and unfortunately had to pay twice due to a malfunction. When I arrived at the store, they couldn't find my order. I showed the store manager my credit card statements proving the payments, but she had a dismissive attitude and refused to help, telling me to contact customer service for a refund. I called customer service multiple times, but each time I was given the runaround. I was told that the regional manager would reach out to me, but that never happened. After two weeks of waiting on hold and speaking with various associates, I was finally informed that the refund would be ready for pickup at the store. I’m curious to see how that goes. They have new great manager now her name is Christina she was assistant manager where wendys work at Mission Blvd now move up to be general manager to all employees work there just let you know she very nice person if ask for day off she give it to you no matter what she hard working person lot things change at my wendys that work at when she left also got crew manager got from my wenyds her name pati she very nice as well hard working person she can work short handed when there short people at working but miss those 2 Christina and Pati you guys bless to have them as your manager
This restaurant has little to no customer service along with the speed of getting your food out. I cannot believe they consider this fast food, they make you wait so very long and it's so inconvenient in the drive-through to sit there and wait as long as you do. I don't even feel like they care, to let you know anything or to keep you informed about your order. I'm so annoyed with this restaurant and wish management would do a better job to make sure they have accuracy and speed through their drive-through and in their restaurant.
The service here is prompt, and my orders have consistently been accurate on the first attempt. The drive-thru staff is friendly, and I’m sure the team inside is just as nice, although I've only used the drive-thru. My sole complaint is that they really need to bring back the strawberry frostee!

I've ordered from here five times, and each time they’ve forgotten the kids' Frostys. It's quite frustrating to spend $50 on fast food only to have the kids get excited for a Frosty that never shows up. Honestly, it shouldn't be too difficult to double-check all the items in an order.
Food was good, but the service was lacking. Considering they didn’t greet me and put utensils in my bag for my salad.
Everything tasted like it had been left out all night. The food was tough and stale, which was very disappointing.
Intercom is bad even you been specific to what you said of what food products you order.
