This location leaves alot to be desired! I am a firm believer in letting the cleaniness of the restaurant speak for the food! I made the mistake of using the restroom while there to wash my hands before eatting and I can't believe how dirty it is afterrecently being remodeled, I understand it is a public restroom but the caked dirt in the hand driers made me not want to eat myfood! I didn't want to be wasteful so I offered it to a nearby less fortunate fellow who was glad to accept! The employees werepretty polite but there was an older woman I presume to be the manager yelling at the workers in a slightly unprofessionalmanor, corrective criticism can be a lot more productive in my experienc...
The brand new Wendy's has finally reopened! My visit this morning was much better than my previous experience. The first time I ordered after the remodel was late at night, around 10 or 11 PM. I went through the drive-thru, and the service was quite slow. I'm not sure if that was due to the employees or the customers ahead of me, but I waited about ten minutes before I could place my order with the speaker, even with only two cars in front of me. However, my food was hot and fresh once I finally received it! This morning, there were no cars in line, yet it still took a little while to get my breakfast. Everything was good, but one of my biscuits was a bit stale.
The service and food quality at this Wendy's is quite disappointing. The lines can be lengthy, and many of the staff seem impatient, whether you're ordering or picking up your food. The chicken nuggets often aren't warm by the time you receive them, and the buns tend to be soggy. However, the chili is decent. If you don't have high expectations, this place might be acceptable. But if you have positive memories of other Wendy's locations, it's best to steer clear of this one.
Updated Review! The restaurant has been completely torn down and rebuilt, and it looks fantastic inside and out. The drive-thru is usually busy, but the lobby is fairly empty. They have two Coke Freestyle machines, although everything seems to have a hint of cherry flavor. The food presentation is appealing, but the prices have skyrocketed; the 'Value' items are nearly $4 each now. The young employee at the counter was really friendly, and the place was spotless. The food here is overpriced, just like many other places. Additionally, the service leaves much to be desired, and the staff's attitude isn't great. It wouldn't hurt to crack a smile while charging me $49 for two combos and two 4 for $4 meals. Perhaps you should consider reducing staff and lowering your prices. At over $15 an hour, I expect a higher level of service. As for the food, it's pretty average—nothing exceptional.
I don't often visit Wendy's because I find their prices to be too high, but I decided to stop by today for a classic sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich. Unfortunately, I ended up with a sandwich missing the sausage. This isn’t the first time I've had an issue at this location, so I probably won’t be returning anytime soon.
I really love the new look of the restaurant. The staff is very friendly, including some young employees who are still mastering their job responsibilities. Despite being new, they were incredibly helpful and warm. The place is very clean, and the food is consistently good and always served quickly.
