This Wendy's location leaves much to be desired. I believe the cleanliness of a restaurant reflects its food quality, and unfortunately, this place fell short. I used the restroom to wash my hands before eating, and despite a recent remodel, it was surprisingly dirty. The hand dryers were caked with grime, which made me lose my appetite. Not wanting to waste my food, I gave it to a nearby person in need, who was grateful. The employees were generally polite, but an older woman, presumably the manager, was reprimanding staff in an unprofessional manner. The recently reopened Wendy’s left a great impression during my latest visit! This morning’s experience was much better compared to my previous one. On my last visit after the remodel, late at night around 10 or 11 PM, I was quite disappointed. I ordered through the drive-thru, and the service was very slow. I’m not sure if the delay was due to the staff or the customers ahead of me, but I waited about ten minutes just to place my order, even though only two cars were in front. The food at this restaurant is quite pricey, similar to many others. Moreover, the service could definitely be improved, and the attitude of the staff isn't the best. A friendly smile wouldn't hurt while charging me $49 for two combo meals and two $4 meals. It might be worth considering cutting back on staff and lowering your prices. Given the hourly wage of over $15, I expect a better standard of service. As for the food, it's fairly average—not anything to write home about.
Updated Review! The restaurant has been entirely rebuilt and looks fantastic both inside and out. The drive-thru is often busy, but there's usually plenty of space in the lobby. They have two Coke Freestyle machines, although nearly every drink has a hint of cherry flavor. The food is presented nicely, but prices have increased significantly; the 'Value' items are now nearly $4 each. The young employee at the counter was very friendly, and the restaurant was spotless.

The service and food quality at this Wendy's leave much to be desired. The lines can be long, and many employees appear impatient both when ordering and picking up food. The chicken nuggets frequently arrive lukewarm, and the buns are often soggy. On the plus side, the chili is fairly good. If your expectations are low, this location might be okay, but if you’ve had good experiences at other Wendy’s, it’s better to avoid this one.
I don’t usually go to Wendy’s because I think their prices are a bit steep, but today I decided to stop by for a classic sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich. Unfortunately, I received a sandwich without the sausage. This isn’t the first problem I’ve encountered at this location, so I don’t think I’ll be coming back anytime soon.
I absolutely adore the restaurant's new appearance. The staff is exceptionally friendly, including some young employees who are still learning their roles. Despite their inexperience, they were incredibly helpful and warm. The restaurant is very clean, and the food is consistently good and served quickly.
