excellent food! great customer service! absolutely terrible situation that makes it very difficult to get in and out. they will see how people hang on the parking lot of the tim hortons that divides the building with the wendy’s, and pick up spots where it is already very limited due to the narrow space. the drive thru wraps around the parking space and then has a stop sign with a space leaving an opening so that cars can enter and leave the parking space. Except not everyone sees that they drive up thru line and will not recognize with their cars that they are in the drive thru first. absolutely terrible facility for the trip thru with such a tight parking space. Best Wendy's in Durham and Clarington. My husband and I are from Oshawa. We will travel to Bowmanville to buy from this Wendy's there is that much of a difference. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful. The location is clean and welcoming. I got a sweet chilli Thai chicken sandwich and a bacon poutine. The poutine was amazing. Not overly salty. The chicken burger was so good it blew my mind. I have a very picky teenaged daughter that refuses to eat a burger with any condements on it. They were excellent about ensuring she only had cheese and bacon on her burger. This is by far the best Wendy's location I've been to. eating here is always amazing! I've eaten from other wendys franchises and they never make it like bowmanville wendys. I had never had a single problem with regard to mine. the only reason I put on a star is that the customer service could be a little more friendly, but all in all I would definitely recommend to a friend of one of the best fast food restaurants in bowmanville hands down.

I just went through drive thru, and I must say that was the freshest, hottest, crispiest, and well seasoned fries I’ve ever had at any Wendy’s. Great job very impressed definitely put a smile on my face. Réservez une table maintenant

One of the best Wendy's ever. Staff are awesome and food is always made correctly and delicious. This is the only fast food chain that has never made a mistake on my order.
