I came in today to pick up a take out order. There was a new person training in the back. The manager on duty (I think she was the manager) kept apologizing rather profusely for any delays. It didn't help that customers waiting in line still complained. I give this review a 5 star rating just because not every manager (or team member) would go out of their way to apologize forsuch a long wait
Used the order ahead for the first time. Everything was perfect. Very friendly staff and manager. Hubby enjoyed the Dave's double and I had the spicy chicken sandwich and the chili which I love! This location is always busy but now that I know I can order ahead and walk in to pick it up; I will be picking up Wendy's more often.
This is one of the fastest and most courteous staff. The wait time is minimal to none. The bathroom, parking lot as well as the inside the store is spotless. The food is warm and fresh. The frosty are very thick. While there you may charge your cellphone and/or get up-to-date on the latest news.
The worst accuracy of all times in this innocence. Today marks the 3rd From 4 orders I had to return because I either have the wrong product or I miss an item completely. I shouldn't have to constantly wonder if maybe this time my order is tight. Go to any other Wendys location, but this one. Réservez une table maintenant
The lady in the window was definitely on drugs and our food tasted terrible. She gave us drinks that taste like the syrup was out and when she gave our new drinks she did not give ice in her and the frits were ice cold.. usually go here a good piece, but they slept tonight.
This location is fairly busy but they do most everything right. Always friendly staff. Sometimes the order is off but aren't they all? Just double check before leaving the window.
As always it's a pleasure to stop at any Wendy's no matter what city you're in! I do love the 4 for 4 that they do offer! And it's always great to have a frosty with it!

Good, pretty fast service, everything was delicious. Be warned, in the south your frosties will melt quickly! If you order them, eat them first!
