Pulled up to the order box, and waited 5 minutes to be greeted. Ordered a single combo meal. Paid for my food and pulled forwards to an open window where the employee shouted that the coke was out, even though I had ordered one. She then handed me a drink and my food and walked away. I did not order a diet, and if im willing to wait 5 minutes to order I can wait another minute or two while the syrup gets changed in order to get the drink I paid for. My fries are half empty and cold, it seems to me the employees do not care about the customers but at least the sandwhich was made correctly.
I really like Wendy's, but this particular location was disappointing. We were welcomed when we walked in, which was nice. However, after placing our order at the kiosk, we encountered a woman at the counter who seemed to completely ignore us while we waited for our food. She appeared to have an attitude and didn’t acknowledge us until our food was ready. We placed two small orders, and both were incorrect. It's surprising because I thought being inside would ensure everything was right, but that wasn’t the case. Overall, it was not a good experience—never again!
Wendy’s is one of my favorite fast foods but this location is definitely has worse customer services I have ever experience, my boyfriend was ordering in the drive- and he had and accent because he’s Hispanic the girl that that was taking the order started making fun of him I was furious cuz I hate bullies , and scream at her since she was being rude . I call them to speak to the manager and she hang up on me. No one should be treated like that
Went though here this morning for breakfast. I kept getting cut off before my order was done. Additionally, I asked for a side of bacon. I told them 3 pieces was fine. I got 3 2-inch scraps of bacon. They charged me $1.60. What a rip off. They also forgot every sauce/condiment. Only giving an extra star because the food was hot and tasted good.

Recently went to a Wendy's with my family. The counter guy c9mes around the corner with food on his face. He was clearing his mouth of food and wiping his mouth and beard with his hands. Didn't wlec9me us. He just said what can I get for you. The same guy packed our food and made out frostys without washing his hands. Just nasty and unsanitary
Update 2022 Part 3: I was all set to write another disappointing review when something magical happened. I think my order of Baconator Fries had more bacon than fries! It was like diving into a bowl of pure deliciousness! I can't believe it, Wendy— you really got me this time! Joshua: 2, Wendy: 1. Looking forward to the next visit!
It’s just time to stop ordering food or going thru the drive thru’s period! I got 3 double stack biggie bags. 3rd drink missing, and my burgers didn’t have the veggies I asked for. As a matter of fact they were nasty dry barely enough mayo or ketchup on them. I guess doing stuff right is not what yall really aim for.
I had to go up several times to get what we ordered. They consistently got the size of the frosty wrong for my granddaughter. The burger tasted like it had been sitting under the heat lamp for a while. I probably won't be returning here.

I felt like I was bothering the employees to be there. Waited at the drive thru for so long. Just drive by, this place isn't for eating or stopping. Pretty much avoid every fast food on Michigan
