This situation raises serious concerns about food safety, as I wouldn't want someone else's food coming into contact with mine. It's a significant issue that needs to be addressed with the staff. This poses health risks, and I strongly encourage you to take immediate action to rectify it. If I do not receive a response regarding the measures that will be implemented, I will have to report this to the Putnam County Health Department.
What’s more troubling is that I doubt he washed his hands afterward. It’s even more unsettling to see someone fixing their clothes as they leave the restroom. This experience has really damaged my opinion of the restaurant—I don’t think I’ll be coming back. Proper hygiene, like washing hands after using the restroom, should be a given; it’s a basic rule that even kids know!

The cashier tonight was amazing and truly went above and beyond. He overheard us discussing hot sauce and, without us asking, brought a recommendation for my husband! He was also very warm and welcoming to our large group as we stopped here to take a break on our road trip.
This was the worst experience I've ever had at Wendy's. There were dead flies on the table, and the bottom bun of my burger was extremely hard. I've never been this disappointed with Wendy's before. It truly deserves less than one star.
