The order was entirely wrong, our drinks were again not delivered, and they were left at the reception instead of our room as we had requested. If I could take back the tip, I would. I've used this app without any problems in at least six different states. This marks two out of three meals on this trip that have been incorrect. I've warned the large group I'm traveling with to steer clear of this app while we're here in New Jersey.
I had an incredible experience at this Wendy's! The customer service was outstanding, the food was served quickly, and everything—especially the burgers and fries—was hot and fresh. This is definitely the best Wendy's I've ever visited. Kudos to the managers for their excellent leadership, and to the staff for their hard work. Thank you, and keep up the fantastic job!
The staff at this Wendy's are incredibly friendly. I was able to get a free toy for my kids, which was a nice touch. The service was quick, and the food was hot and tasty. Plus, the Frosties were fantastic! I would give this location 5 stars for a great experience!
Honestly, the Breakfast Baconator was one of the best breakfast sandwiches I've ever tasted. It's incredibly filling and packed with flavor! The French toast sticks were also nearly as impressive. Great job, Wendy's! Wow! Réservez une table maintenant
The drive-thru service is quick and accommodating for special requests. The screen accurately displays your order. The food is consistently hot and fresh. Plus, the brown paper products are a more eco-friendly option.
In all the time I did not notice in this place rude and boorish staff in service. This is already a pledge to further success.
The Ghost Pepper Fries were genuinely spicy! Both the Ghost Pepper Ranch Chicken Sandwich and the fries were delicious.

You can always get a good meal here, and I like the service.
