Wendy's - Réserver une table

The worst service ever ! I waited almost 35 minutes in the lobby with only 2 people ahead of me the cashier was a little old lady very rude the Manager was very slow no assistance to others and very rude, the soda machine had no ice in the entire restaurant asked for ketchup they were out of that as well, I order chicken tenders that I was told had just come up that was false as well they were hard, dry and certainly not hot. Everyone that was there during this time was very unhappy two customers wanted their money back several customers walked out, that kitchen was filthy, I begin to take a picture one of the employees decides to grab the broom ! I guess they saw this review coming....

Very rude workers. I came at 9:54 so I sat in the parking lot until about 10:03. Then I went to the drive-thru and sat about 40 seconds for someone to answer and nobody did. I finally drove around where I saw a worker on the pickup window. I went and took my business to Burger King. I do not expect these low wages earn people to do anything but what they are paid to do!

The service is slow every time I go here, not to mention that my order has been grounded all the way. I saw four cars pull out because of excellent waiting times... this place needs help. *To the Owner: Have you been looking into these reviews to find a solution to the problem? The bad reviews are months old. I left Wendy 20 minutes ago and nothing changed?

I ordered an Awesome Bacon Cheeseburger there was no salad or tomatoes on my sandwich. I was very excited because I was on my way and decided to stop at Wendy's for a quick bite before I came back on the highway

Never go there if there's this little old lady in the dining room at noon. She's so, and the manager knows. No employee or management time will help her get her order. I spent my break the other day.
