I cannot stress enough how incredibly friendly the staff was during my lunch visit today. The gentleman at the register warmly welcomed me as soon as I walked in, asked for my name, and used it during our conversation, even wishing me a wonderful day. My food was ready before I even had the chance to fill my drink cup, and it was served hot and fresh. The restrooms were exceptionally clean (I can vouch for the men's room at least) and clearly had been recently maintained. The entire restaurant was surprisingly tidy as well, with the carpets vacuumed and tables promptly wiped down after guests left. Overall, if every Wendy's were like this one, I would dine here all the time. I’m really glad...
We visited this Wendy's around 9:10 PM hoping for a quick late-night snack. According to their website, they were supposed to be open until 11 PM, but the door stated they actually close at 10 PM. The dining area was locked, and we received no response at the drive-thru. Wendy's, please stop misleading your customers!
This Wendy's location really stands out for its exceptional service and efficiency. They consistently prepare orders quickly, and their mobile app provides great benefits and rewards for customers. Plus, ordering and picking up at the drive-thru is very convenient.
I waited in the longest drive-thru line I've ever experienced, but surprisingly, it moved faster than other places where I've been the third car in line. I was truly impressed, and the food was outstanding!
