The service at this Wendy's left a lot to be desired. I ordered a hamburger, but instead, I got a cheeseburger with barely melted cheese. I asked for mustard, and at first, they claimed they didn’t have any. After a moment, they realized they actually had packets, but they forgot to put one in my bag. I had to go back to get it. On top of that, they didn’t provide any utensils for the Frosty I ordered. Make sure to check your bag before leaving the drive-thru!
I want to share a compliment… After a fun night out, I found myself craving Chinese food at 1:30 AM. Unfortunately, all the local Chinese restaurants were closed. So, I decided to stop by your establishment, where I ordered a large roast pork fried rice and some chicken wings. To my delight, the gentleman taking my order asked, "Would you like an egg roll with that?" It truly made my night to meet someone with such a wonderful sense of humor, just like mine!
This place is absolutely terrible. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, but what I got was crispy on the outside and completely raw on the inside. I didn’t realize this until I had eaten half of it, and it made me feel sick. When I returned it and asked for a refund, the manager didn't apologize and only refunded me half of my money. This was by far the worst experience I've ever had. I definitely won't be coming back.
I had a fantastic experience at this location. Although I don't visit New Jersey often, I was there to pick up food for someone else. The team exemplifies true teamwork and outstanding customer service. The manager, Danielle, truly went above and beyond and deserves recognition for potential advancement. I ordered at the drive-thru, and my food was ready in no time! The Son of Baconator was perfectly cooked, and the fries were hot—though they could have used a bit more salt. The pineapple mango lemonade was a bit on the sweet side for my liking, but I still finished it. Overall, I’d give my experience a solid 92 out of 100.

They changed the spicy chicken. I used to enjoy it occasionally, but now it looks like a cheaper version, and the combo costs $10. I called the store to see if there was a mistake, and I was told that there is only one version of the spicy chicken now, which means this is it. I definitely won’t be ordering this again.
I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich number 6 and chose a baked potato instead of French fries. I also enjoyed a small shake for free as part of a promotion, alongside my large iced tea. My granddaughter absolutely loves the baked potato topped with bacon, cheese, and sour cream. She frequently praises how delicious it is. The staff at Wendy's are always friendly, but be prepared to spend about $10.00 for a baked potato and a Sprite.

I have tried and enjoyed everything on the menu, but their fish and chips and bangers and mash are the best. It's a must-visit for anyone on this side of the pond."
