If I could give Wendy’s zero stars, I would. I chose to pick up my order inside the store instead of the drive-thru because the drive-thru lane is ridiculously narrow, and I didn’t want to risk damaging my wheels. However, they locked all the doors before the dining room closed and refused to let me in, even though I had a pickup order—not a drive-thru order. Frustrated, I reluctantly squeezed through the drive-thru with barely five inches of clearance on each side, risking my car unnecessarily. When I finally received my food, the sticker on the bag got stuck to the top of my window sill and left a sticky residue on my car’s paint—the worst kind of sticker to remove. Caine's is just across the street, and it seems they still haven't made the necessary improvements. They really need to step up their game. The customer service was lacking; you could see that the staff was not happy to be there. I stopped in for a frozen treat, which is hard to mess up, but the overall experience was not great. The interior could use a makeover and a thorough cleaning; it used to be the showcase location for Davco Foods, which is a shame. The new owners just seem indifferent.
Absolutely awful experience—I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. The employee taking my order with my grandmother was rude and kept grunting the entire time. They also didn’t give me my complete order, forcing me to go back inside to get the missing items. When I finally got home to eat my sandwich, I opened the wrapper and found a curled-up hair under the burger patty. Never again! Avoid this Wendy’s at all costs!
We ordered from DoorDash twice and received an Asiago Chicken Sandwich both times with no chicken and no bacon—just ranch and a piece of lettuce. It happened once, so we reordered, and the same mistake occurred. Completely unacceptable.

Food's usually good if I can get it, but even though it says open til 12am, its always closed when I try to go at 11pm, I even got there at 10:50 a few times because I work across the street. Update your hours
The service was simply terrible. I ordered two big bacon burgers with bacon cheese and potatoes, but they gave me one potato and a small fries, along with just regular burgers.
Asked for a PLAIN sandwich and it came with stuff on it... this is why min wage shouldn't be increased, these fools can't even follow simple instructions.
The initial order was wrong, but the manager is duty took care of everything. The spicy chicken was great.

This place has gone from a 1 to a 5. It is so much better now. And now back to a 2 cold food.
The food was served promptly, and it was well-prepared. The restaurant was also quite clean.
