It's fast food, but every once in a while, I enjoy it when I'm in a hurry. The almond dish they offer makes a great substitute for bacon, and the fries were hot, crispy, and just the right amount of salty for my taste. I took off a star because it took 45 minutes to get through the drive-thru with six cars ahead of me. I understand that the employees are doing their best under tight circumstances, which is why I didn't dock them more points. However, management really needs to improve operations by hiring more staff and making things run more smoothly.
Went there at 8 am. The lobby was locked. Went to the drive thru, there are no one in front of me, no one behind me . I was the only customer in the whole parking lot. Waited 5 minutes at the driver thru. No one come and assist me. Finally, there was a employees come out to throw the trash, realizing there is a customer waiting.. Finally someone came and helping me with the order. Horrible!
I would have understood the manager’s message about the rules—specifically that they can't serve a frosty at the drive-thru without a car—if she hadn’t been sitting inside eating right at the counter, which is a violation on its own, especially during this pandemic. It's unacceptable. I will not be coming back here again.
Our experience at this restaurant was absolutely perfect. The staff were friendly, and despite ordering a lot of food, everything was spot on. Everything was served warm and fresh, and our order was fulfilled flawlessly. I will definitely be dining here again! Thank you for the excellent service! Réservez une table maintenant
