The staff is somewhat friendly, but there's room for improvement. I've found that the food can be good at times, but often when I order, it arrives cold. This is why I don’t visit regularly. During my first few trips, the service was better. To keep customers satisfied, it’s essential that their meals are served hot and correctly prepared. Cold food doesn’t lead to happy customers; on the other hand, well-prepared hot meals do keep them coming back.
Slowest Wendy's I have ever been to. We placed mobile orders to hopefully get through semi quick. There was a HUGE line through the store and the drive through. They needed at least two more workers. Definitely would NOT stop here if you have any need to be on the road quickly.Oh and A LOT was missing out of our orders. I will say that this Wendy's either needs an overhaul of staff or something. It was just bad all around. NEVER AGAIN
On Tuesday at 5:30, my family and I stopped by for a quick snack. The gentleman at the register and the lady assisting both in front and back were very friendly, and the food was fresh! We had a great experience. Thank you to the wonderful staff!
DON'T EVER GO HERE!!!! WE WAITED FOR 15 MINUTES TO PLACE ORDER. THEN WAITED ANOTHER 15 MINUTES TO GET SERVED. THEN THE ORDER WAS COMPLETELY WRONG, AND THEY WOULD NOT GIVE US A REFUND. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!!!!!!! Réservez une table maintenant
We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! The service was exceptional and personalized. The hot fries were delicious, the salad was perfectly crispy, and the prices were very reasonable. Highly recommended!
The place was clean and the gentleman at the register was one of themost polite and well manerd people I ahve meet in a long time.

"Place is pretty good. You should definitely do something with the grease trap, that's behind the counter. When you walk in, all you can smell is a dirty locker room/ dirty dish water. Not food. It's kinda gross!!"
