I rarely leave reviews. THIS Wendy's is TRASH! My husband and I came through the drive thru to order a 20 piece Spicy Garlic Parm Chicken Nugget order. We requested they be made fresh to order and informed them that we were happily prepared to pull over and wait. The drive thru attendant rudely refused and said they couldn't make our order fresh because the Manger said so. We have been Wendy's customers for years and have never had an order refused to be made fresh to order. We have ordered this same order/request in Norristown and in other Wendy's over the last month. This Wendy's location offers the best quality food around, making it unnecessary to head into the city. If you're craving a Frosty or something similar, it's worth the drive to this spot. The food tastes fresh and clean, almost as if it's been prepared by someone who truly cares, rather than typical fast food. The management and staff provide outstanding customer service—on par with or even better than what you'd find at any service-oriented business in the area. It's comparable to the excellent service at Trader Joe's, MOM's Organic Market, or the White Dog Café, making it a standout choice in Lower Merion.
**Parking:** There are about 20 parking spaces that wrap around the building, which can easily accommodate a box truck, but I wouldn’t recommend anything bigger than that.

Went when the area was a ghost town, so the food was good and fresh. Drive thru guy was nice, friendly, and our order was all good. Overall, it was one of the better drive-thru experiences I've had in a while. This is my favorite restaurant. Although I try many places, I keep coming back to this one. The staff is incredibly helpful, and the food they serve is absolutely delicious. I always have a wonderful dining experience here. Highly recommended!
3 Jr bacons, large fry, large Soda, and a kids 4 pc Nugget..... $17+!? Food was good and staff is friendly. But $17! Seriously. That would be $9 tops at McDonalds. Never bringing my kids here for lunch again.
I dont eat wendys but my teens do. So I cant speak on the food but the service. Drive thru line was so long but they handled it super quick, accurately and courteously.
