I hate doing this but after a few bad experiences I have to leave a review. I would say 6/10 times I?ve been to this location, my order has been wrong. This morning, I finally decided to give their breakfast a try. Went through the drive through at 940am.Ordered eventually, and then waited an abnormal amount of time. Two cars in front of me gave up waiting and left. I sat for 10more min with 1 car collecting their food and thought okay, I?ll give it it 5 more minutes. STILL didn?t move. I ultimately leftthe line and went to another establishment that serviced me in less than 4 min. It?s called ?Fast Food? for a reason?
We usually go on Sundays for take out because I really like the honey chicken biscuit. When they first opened, there were mistakes with my orders (wrong sandwich, etc. It was expected since they were new). One year later, still mistakes. We ordered asausage egg biscuit, honey chicken biscuit and a croissant chicken bacon sandwich. We ended up with 2 sausage and egg and nohoney chicken biscuit. We went back and she gave us the honey chicken biscuit at no charge. 3 stars because this is happeningeven after one year.
The fries were cold, and they didn't even provide ketchup.I ordered taco salad, but they didn't give me a fork so I asked the staff for it.I was displeased. Very unpleasant.Compared to Five Guys, it's very bad.There are no customers and the table is dirty.
This place is a joke my 7$ biggie bag burger bun had mold on it.my baconator fries was burnt and messy,unreal obviously these worker don?t look at the bun and Quality?s is not the recipe for this place really disappointing, look before you eat

It wasn't horrible but usually the person behind the counter at least acts like they'd rather NOT be on a bed of nails than standing behind there, I wasn't so sure about this one? ? Pretty sure they were indifferent at this point. ?
Food is good for a Wendy's, drive through employees aren't trained very well. No basic courtesy, just teenagers shoving you crumpled bags with food. No napkins, no straws, all examples of weak managers providing no training.
Couldn’t understand anything the young man working the drive thru said.My change was dropped on the ground-nothing mention. Did not fill the chili bowl. Unpleasant experience. Back to McDonald’s I go.
Don't know if it's this location or in general because we only have the one, but I feel that the quality of the burgers has gone down. Staff is always pleasant.

One of the most beautiful, new designed Wendy's. It's great. The customer service was great. So friendly.
got the baconator fries from here and they put three strips of bacon on top of my fries...
