Undependable operating hours. I'd recommend calling ahead if your going past 10 pm but they don't answer the phone. They've been closed more times than not for me lately, as early as 10 pm especially on Sunday despite what hours they have listed on google or their sign at the store. If you order in app and they are closed you get charged anyways and it took a 30 min phone call during business hours and 12 days for a refund so have fun! Enjoy the no service!!
This Wendy's seem to be going down hill. The last two times I've been there the service has been unreasonable. The line for drive thru was 3/4 around the building moving very slow. Then when I got to the window to pick up my food, I waited 10-15 or more. Both times I was among other cars asked to pull over to wait for my order
The food was good. I wish that they supported the mobile app. They used to but it's been down for a couple of weeks now and you wind up paying more without the special deals that you get through the mobile app. While not perfect, this location is much better than most of the others in the area.
I have visited this location several times since moving to Peachtree Corners and the service is a breath of fresh air! Staff is always courteous and attentive and the food has been phenomenal! I tried some breakfast items this morning and was not disappointed. Stop by today! Réservez une table maintenant
My experience at this restaurant was very interesting. I ordered the Dave's single sandwich, but I was disappointed with it. When I brought it to the manager's attention, she apologized and acknowledged the issue.
Nadine was the most pleasant person I have ever encountered at a drive thru! I could easily understand every word she said through the speaker as she took my order.
Terrible. Only drive thru was open which was not an issue; however, food was cold and inedible. Also, do not ever get Wendy's chili. We will not patronize again.
