Wendy's - Réservation de table

To the girl that rolled her eyes from the front to the back of her head when I politely asked for a cup of water (when I gave my payment at the window), go get another job. Service industry isn’t for you. Service wouldn’t be then rolling your eyes at me when I was handing my friend her drink with an attitude saying “here you go”. Service would have been treating me how I was treating you and actually giving me the water that I politely asked for, not leaving it on the counter for the other (NICE) lady to hand to me. I mean…. I literally asked for a cup of water, sorry I ruined your day. This encounter really sucks because every morning that I go, it’s the same lady and she’s always very nice...

I arrived for lunch and went through the drive-thru to place my order. I requested a three-stack burger with mayo and ketchup, along with a side of potatoes. After driving down the road, I checked the bag only to find no potatoes, just cold fries and a single stack burger with everything on it. I stopped by to speak with the manager, but they didn’t have a receipt for my order. I said that was fine and asked for a triple stack, a large fry, a four-piece nugget, and a drink. However, when I got further down the road, I discovered there were no nuggets in the bag.

We stopped here for a restroom break and burger. The bathroom was pretty nasty, and the one sink didn't work (it did have soap).Walking up to the food counter we could hear the employees in the back shouting and cussing at each other. They saw us, one of them told the others to shut it because there were customers, and then they never came up to the register to take our order!Walking out I saw the drink machine was literally caked in old dried soda. We got food elsewhere, and you should too!

Horrible customer service. Sat in the drive through from 10:12 until 10:25... no one ask me for my order. I said hello is the machine broken. A guy said I'll be with u in a minute. Dry, unbotherd. Took for ever just to get an order of nuggets. Night shift ridiculously slow. Can not stop there on my way to work any more Réservez une table maintenant

I recently visited the drive-thru and encountered the worst service I've ever experienced. The staff was rude and seemed indifferent to the Wendy's brand and its customers. It's really disappointing! My family has decided not to eat at Wendy's again because of this experience.

Pulled up to the drive thru and was ignored and never acknowledged, tried to go in and the door was locked. I left and went across the street and whoever was working started taking orders again. I don’t know what the deal was but will never be back.

Went to the restaurant at 9:48 pm and was turned away at the drive thru telling us that they were closed. All the lights were on, the hours posted stated 0100 yet we were turned away before 10 pm on a Saturday night.

The hamburger and nuggets tasted stale, as if they had been prepared a long time ago. They were cold and dry, with no freshness to them at all. It was a complete waste of both money and time during my lunch break. Réservez une table maintenant

We arrived at this restaurant at 220 in the afternoon and the the restaurant was locked up with people inside eating. There were people in the drive through.

The food was fresh, bathrooms cleaned and the staff were friendly! Quick stop while on the highway
