I am extremely disappointed with the service at Wendy's, especially concerning the general manager. The service is far from acceptable, and the general manager is both rude and disrespectful. Every time I visit this location, it seems like the managers are under some kind of influence. I've even received orders without meat on the bun, and they never take responsibility for their mistakes. The staff appears to be overworked, and unfortunately, the managers show a lack of respect toward them as well. My experience at Wendy's late at night was disappointing. The staff appeared reluctant to take orders and often insisted they were closed even when they weren't. I've never been fond of this location, as the staff is generally unhelpful. While we occasionally have a good visit during the day, it's rare. I don't understand how someone can become a manager without the necessary experience; they seem unable to manage their responsibilities effectively, especially regarding the menu.
The Dave's burger here is so stale and old compared to other Wendy's burger. All of their tables were super dirty and none of them have been wiped down. The restaurant is super slow and no customer were in their lobby and no drive through lines either.Staff were not cleaning their lobby area at all. Unclean and very poorly managed place. We will have to see if this isconsistent at our next visit.
Worst Wendy's ever. The 2 girls who work there at night don't care about anything. I ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwiches. They only had one and tried to give me one regular. I asked for 2 spicy. So they made me wait in the front for 30 minutes just togive me 1 spicy and 1 regular. The next time I went there it was completely the wrong order. Avoid at all costs.

I went through the drive thru not too long ago. The woman who was taking my order didn't understand my order at all!!!! They also gave me a drink without a straw and frosty without a spoon/straw. Ridiculous.
Fast service at 1pm June 30 2022! Crazy fast it was hard to believe. My daughter wanted some pickles on her cheese burger so they made us the priority and took care of us well. Very good staff!
The Wendy's app had some issues that stopped me from finishing my order and taking advantage of the promised savings. It was quite a frustrating experience.
Extremely fast and efficient service in a clean environment! The food is delicious, and the drink machine is fantastic. You can even customize your sodas!

This Wendy's is pretty bad. They always get orders incorrect and are rude to customers. You're better off driving to the Wendy's or Five Guys in Burke.
She charged me more than what I ordered and refund the money back without any apologies.
