Service at this particular Wendy tends to be pretty good the other day I went in for a Dave's triple and a medium fry and medium drink. I got the medium fry and got the medium drink oh, but I did end up getting a single Dave's burger and not a triple. The woman at the drive-in apologized and quickly got me a triple made and I was on my way. Of course with most fast food restaurants you want to order your food when its freshest which is the busiest times around lunch and dinner to get the best sandwiches possible. Of course Wendy's Cooks there never Frozen beef which always makes a better sandwich. I can't say that I'm a fan of their liquid wax cheese that they put on their fries I would pref...
This wendys used to be a great choice for some quick and good food. But now I can 't seem to have an acceptable experience. The last 4 times I got food from here, I had a combination of 30 minute wait times, missing sauces, out of stock, and wrong orders. Most recently, an employee told me they were out of pretzel buns (for the second time consecutively), whatever, Ill take it on a regular bun. Then I 'm told by staff that they couldn 't produce a Frosty. No big deal, I got a lemonade as a substitute. I get home and unwrap my food, I have a grilled instead of homestyle chicken. I check the receipt, the word Homestyle is crossed out and grilled is written on it. Not once was I consulted about...
This Wendy's location is consistently disappointing. As others have mentioned, the quality has gone downhill recently. During our most recent visit with my family, we had multiple issues: a missing drink, none of the requested sauces, fries instead of apples, and only 4 nuggets instead of the 10-piece order we placed. To top it off, we had to wait over 20 minutes in the drive-thru to pick up our incorrect mobile order. It was a frustrating experience to say the least.
Before I had worked here, I genuinely enjoyed the food here. And there was the occasional wait, but when the food arrives at your table it always was worth it. After working there and having the experience of becoming a part of the wendys family, I still loved the food and the service! I have to say becoming the Fast Food Flash was awesome. If your thinking about heading down to this Wendy 's, go for it. It 's worth it.

The service at thru was very quick and efficient. I decided to try something different and ordered a jalapeno bacon cheeseburger instead of my usual choice. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed as I could not even taste the jalapeno and the onion rings on the burger were dry. It was definitely a lesson learned.
I can't believe how unprofessional these people are. I requested no pickles, but they included them anyway. Additionally, the Coke came with vanilla, and it tasted like medicine.
Very slow at 9nt, cant believe i waited for 50 mins to get my order using the drive through. Its is a wait through not a drive through. This is my last vist to this place.
This is so bad place, manager is bad man and he don’t want help u. And he don’t give order in store, only drive thru but what is different? I don’t recommend
