Ordered a #12 large combo with a sprite. Also added a bacon cheese baked potato. Total was $17.xx (I don’t know my exact total because they wouldn’t give me a receipt after they took my payment) As I waited for my food, another employee comes to window and tells me my card declined, so I give them another card, I had a weird feeling because I knew I have the funds, so I go and check to see if went thru, as it did. They charged me $28.90. As they are trying to charge me again on another card I show them my phone and the app shows I was correct. Employee shows manager and tells her I wasn’t lying. This restaurant only has a drive-thru, which seems unlikely to change. Additionally, when I approached the speaker, the employee spoke so softly that I could barely hear them. I ended up going to the window to clarify my order, and unfortunately, the African American employee was quite rude. If you can, I recommend going to Chick-fil-A instead. They are fully open, the atmosphere is much more pleasant, and their food is significantly better. I believe it's essential for staff to have a positive attitude; we should treat others the way we want to be treated, as we never know what someone might be going through. Extremely hostile, disrespectful and rude. Have blocked off the dining area and are refusing to allow people to even enter the building to place orders. Must be in a car, NO EXCEPTIONS. Have gone here now on multiple occasions: breakfast, lunch, dinner, and/or late night does not matter. Only people allowed to enter building are mobile orders or uber eats and even then they are still openly hostile to anyone who dares enter their facility. Very disappointing given the location in a high traffic area: mall, apartments, tesla superchargers etc.
I noticed that this restaurant advertises that it's open until midnight, so I decided to stop by at 10:50 PM. When I pulled into the drive-thru, I saw a girl inside who looked right at my car. I waited there for about five minutes, but no one came to the microphone. I then went to the window, but she seemed to hide and never approached. Frustrated, I ended up going to Wawa instead. If you're going to advertise being open until midnight, you should be accessible. It's disappointing to see employees ignoring customers while still getting paid. Réservez une table maintenant
Zero stars! I came here around the same time last year, and at least I could place my order on foot at the drive-thru. Now, the dining room is still closed, and since I have cash, they told me I can only pay with a card through the app. Just shut down already! I really don’t understand why the drive-thru is the only option being offered.
The sandwich was decent, but the portion size was too small to be a full meal, even with the fries, which is why I’m giving it 3 stars. The flavor of the sandwich and sauce was good, but the fries were just okay and lacked much taste. I'll definitely try other items soon, especially since the service is so quick!
