This has to be the worst fast food restaurant I've ever been to! A few months ago, I used to visit regularly, but my orders are always either incomplete, missing items, or lacking sauce and ketchup. Today, there were different staff members, and when I asked to add an item to my order, the woman informed me that she couldn't do it because there was a car behind me. Yet moments later, she fulfilled my request anyway. Who behaves like that? I thought this kind of confusion only happened in certain parts of Brooklyn! I expected better service in Long Island, but it seems that rude people are everywhere. Wendy's really needs to assess their employees and provide better customer service training!
