I went through the drive-thru at this Wendy 's at 7760 Bellfort on 7/28/2023 between 12:05 pm and 12:19 pm the cashier failed to return my debit card, I didn 't notice until that evening. When I checked my account there was another charge from this location and they went to the Pollo Campero next door and brought something there. After investigating I found three more charges at other area businesses. I quickly called and reported my card as stolen. When I ordered the sausage biscuit as part of the deal, the employee—who I believe was named Rayeed, Tyreed, Thyroid, or something similar—told me that it wasn’t included. I had to point out the advertisement to confirm that it was indeed part of the deal. All I wanted was to swap my coffee for a Coke Zero, and although he mentioned he wasn't supposed to do that, he agreed.
That felt a little strange, but I went with it. I paid cash, expecting everything to be straightforward. However, when I got to the end of the drive-thru, I realized my potatoes were missing. I enjoyed the bacon burger meal, which came with a medium drink, fries, and a large chili. Everything was fresh and flavorful. However, I was surprised at how small the burger was compared to what I remember from Wendy's. Also, the price of $19.87 seemed a bit steep. The only downside to my visit was a homeless man who had been having a conversation with someone invisible. He came up to me while I was ordering and asked for $2.00, claiming to be homeless and boasting about having a larger roll of money than I did! The cashier mentioned that he had been approaching customers all day.

I ordered five Spicy Chicken meals with fries and a drink. Unfortunately, the chicken was lukewarm and seemed like it had been reheated multiple times; it was dry, chewy, and unpleasant. The fries were also lukewarm. I visited the drive-thru around 5:30 PM, and the service was quite slow. It felt like the food had been prepared a while ago and was simply microwaved several times while waiting for someone to order it. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. I suggest considering closing down again!
Poor management and staff. Dishonest if you don't check your receipts. Charge 2.99 for a large water after being told $1.18. Then attitude from Hispanic female with long nails serving food. Will not answer phone to speak with Franchise owners or Corporate. Shut this store down if they can't serve the community better.
I really don’t understand how it says that they close the lobby at 10, but every time I come around 930 ish, the doors are locked. I do mobile orders so why is it that I still have to pull up and wait even longer AFTER sitting in the drive thru line for my food? Somebody please make this make sense.
The food is usually good but tonight it was awful. The burger and fries were cold. I warmed the burger but the fries weren’t edible. Also the bacon on my burger was burnt. Won’t be going here for a while.
