Wendy's In Arl - Réserver une table

I could not even rate this place with 1 star for any of the categories, but I had to hit at least one star to post. This place needs to be reported to the The Virginia Dept. of Health and I am just getting started. This establishment has the worst workers I have EVER encountered at a fast food joint. Apparently this location at 5050 Chesterfield Rd. seems to be a franchised opportunity for some folks who care more about lining their pockets than they do about customer service or cleanliness. They are either a family or friends who decided to make a move with this, but have no idea how to treat their customers. Pulled in at 8:30am and waited until 9:10am for them to open the door. I had to knock on the window and the lady saw me and ran to hide in the back !!! Once I finally got in the sandwhich they served me had some disgusting cheese sauce that I couldn't eat , French toast sticks were good though !!!

I’m pretty sure they upsize your order here on purpose if they’re able to. Like if you get a Dave’s double, they’ll charge you a Dave triple instead.
