Wendy's Old Fashioned Hamburgers

Absolutely sad that even when their machines won’t work no one will take an order at the counter. Pathetic that we have to do their work for them anyways but then to be refused after multiple people have asked to get an order taken. Hospital nurse in front of me tried to no avail before me to put in their order as well and was also refused to have anyone take their order. Sad that cfa next door is 100 times busier and still have time to interact with their guests…

08/02/2024. 3:48pm I came in after a hot day and wanted lunch. The lady at the counter said I have to put in the order. I said I have cash as I did at the time. She said there is nothing she can do.

It's getting old that you are treated like a pest trying to place an order in the restaurant and not on an app. They did get my order correct and the food was good.

We ordered on grubhub and both hamburgers had st least one raw piece of meat on it. They failed to put Chilli and cheese on our potatoes.
