I made reservations for party of 6 on a Tuesday evening, specifically saying celebrating friends bd and requested a round table. Got the table but also got poor service. Maybe Tuesday is a bad night to go to a restaurant but it should not matter. 1st off, the birthday girls tuna was served raw and had a hard time finding server to send back for further heating. This happened twice! The server dropped off the tuna so fast and left w/o seeing if it was acceptable. The bus boy was seen picking his nose in plain site and no one offered to refill water glasses. I’ve been enjoying burgers here for a few years and I have never seen service like this. My wife and I had reservations for Valentines Day we were seated right away, then we waited 30 min. For the wait staff to take our drink orders. I went to the bar to get some beverages and was told they were understaffed and she would bring my drinks to my table. 15 min after that we finally ordered my steak wasn’t the was I ordered and I never got my appetizers. Not a good dining experience.
The service was bad. Our waitress disappeared to eat and then sit at a table behind us to socialize. Although other waiters tried to step up and help the damage was done. Appetizers and drinks were forgotten and a damper was put on a birthday celebration. Travelled and hour for pure disappointment. Too bad too because it was a tradition to go there but will not be going back.
The food and service here are outstanding! There's a fantastic variety of appetizers and main dishes, ensuring that there's something for everyone. The Brussels sprouts are especially delicious! I highly recommend this restaurant and I'm eager to explore their other locations.

I was very disappointed by the portion sizes. We were not informed that there was a lunch menu available, and we ended up paying full price for our meals. I won't be returning! The customer service could definitely be improved.
I found a hair in the tomato soup, and one of the dessert plates had gum stuck to it. During a previous visit for happy hour, one of the drinks even had a USED Band-Aid in it. I definitely do not recommend this place!
