I’ve been enjoying burgers here for a few years and I have never seen service like this. My wife and I had reservations for Valentines Day we were seated right away, then we waited 30 min. For the wait staff to take our drink orders. I went to the bar to get some beverages and was told they were understaffed and she would bring my drinks to my table. 15 min after that we finally ordered my steak wasn’t the was I ordered and I never got my appetizers. Not a good dining experience.
The service was bad. Our waitress disappeared to eat and then sit at a table behind us to socialize. Although other waiters tried to step up and help the damage was done. Appetizers and drinks were forgotten and a damper was put on a birthday celebration. Travelled and hour for pure disappointment. Too bad too because it was a tradition to go there but will not be going back.
Excellent food and service! Great selection of appetizers and main courses. Something for everyone. The Brussel sprouts are amazing! Always recommend this restaurant and want to try the other locations.

There was a hair in the tomato soup and one of the desert plates had gum on it. We were previously there for a happy hour and one of the drinks had a USED Band-Aid in it. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!

very disappointed by the size. we were never told that they had a lunch menu and paid the full price for our meal. will never go back! bad customer relationships.
I've always enjoyed the burgers at WB, but recently the service has been terrible during my last two visits. The restaurant wasn't even crowded on both occasions. Réservez une table maintenant
