Wow so disappointed in the customer service. We are long time customers and placed $100 order today. Stated we wanted a plain steak and cheese sub/just meat and cheese and then 3 steak and cheese with everything on it. Been ordering the same way foryears. We received all our food (we ordered more but nothing else was an issue) and the 3 steak and cheese with everything onit was just steak and cheese. I called and the manager Amanda got on the phone. She said that we ordered it wrong and that youhave to say DELUXE. I stated that we ordered one PLAIN with steak and cheese and three with EVERYTHING on it, what exactly doyou think that means? I love their pizza and normally get great service. Today, I ordered pizza for my family including my starving 7 9 year old kids. The delivery woman claimed she stood outside my door for 10 min with no answer when there were four of us inside. She thenrefused to bring the pizza and we were told we had to pick it up, this is after 2 hours and multiple phone calls to west shoreand the delivery person. I requested the pizza be remade and sent my husband to pick it up, when he arrived they had not startedremaking the pizza yet. The order was prepaid with a credit card so should have been left at the door in the first place but Idoubt any attempt was actually made to deliver since it was raining....
Tastes great, but this the first time I am ordering myself from here (usually my bf orders) I ordered 1, 18? meat eaters and another half meat eater half bacon and I got barely any meat on them and my half and half was no pepperoni at all or any other meats and the bacon was minimal sprinkled here and there? $30? I have never written a review in my life but when I called to ask what can be done they said ?call later? like I?m going to wait to eat my pizza and then try and get them to fix it after, hahaha
Rather horrible sub sandwich and pizza wasn't much better. Sandwich had very meager portions. It looked like a Sandwich a 5-year old would make for his daddy. Pizza wasn't quite baked long enough. It seemed like everything was just thrown together. (Ijust had the exact same order from a different Westshore last week and it was incredibly good. Don't know how this locationperformed so poorly. I tried to tell them online instead of here on google, but their online system wasn't working propereither.

When I opened the box of pizza it reminded me of school lunch lady with how bad it looks. The cheese tasted like plastic and the amount of oil on the pizza was enough to fill a bottle. The chicken wings are another story, they looked like they were raw andwrapped in fat. We ordered mild wings and there was no sauce it was just tossed in oil. The quality of the food is excessivelypoor and definitely gonna give you food poison. Eat at this place at your own risk
The Westshore Pizza here at Bellaire Bluffs is a great place to get good pizza. I have a gluten allergy and I ordered their gluten-free 12 inch pie. The topping I ordered were on there, but WHOOPS, the person who made it forgot my onions. Still good though, even though...no onions. I recommend The Westshore at this location. I have never had an issue until today, but I won't hold that against them.
Westshore Pizza in Bellaire Bluffs is an excellent spot for delicious pizza. I have a gluten allergy, so I ordered their gluten-free 12-inch pie. Unfortunately, the person preparing my order forgot to add my onions. Even without them, it was still tasty. Overall, I recommend Westshore. I've never encountered an issue like this before, so I won't hold it against them.
I am so disappointed with Westshore Pizza in Belleair Bluffs. They use to be our favorite pizza place. Now it is just disgusting. Our pizza had a bread bag tie on a slice. The pizza was luke warm. The chicken wings skin was rubbery. Just awaste of money now eating there. The last 3 times the food has been terrible. I am done.

I requested extra cheese with my fries, and I received five containers of cheese, to say the least! I generally reserve 5 stars for exceptional experiences. I sincerely hope the chefs here hit the jackpot and live long, happy lives. I love you all—God bless!
