Ordered the large Philly deluxe pizza, ask for no mushrooms and got mushrooms. Pizza was overcooked and hard, and the sauce was very thin with not a lot of cheese. So the pizza was not very edible. I did order garlic knots which turned out really good, also got a Caesar side salad that was also good. Then ordered a meatball sub, which was good. Save the fact that it was full meatballs on one side and half pieces on the other side which was strange. My last pizza experience with this place was average at best, and this experience was not that great at all. So don't know if I'd be willing to try another pizza from this place. Ordered the Philly cheese steak Deluxe requested please no mushrooms got it loaded with mushrooms. 2 orders of chicken wings UNDERCOOKED. Theyseriously just served me and my children raw chicken??? I'm disgusted. The sausage in the baked Ziti was burnt. The meat on thePhilly was burnt. All the sauce from the wings covering every other food we ordered except for the wings! Save your hard earneddollar. This was thrown together without a care in the world. We were served SLOP tonight and I'll make sure none of my friendsor family visit this hole in the wall. Gross!!!
We placed a delivery order, but it never arrived. After an hour and a half, we called for an update. The woman who answered said she would check on the driver, but another 20 minutes went by with no news. When we tried calling again, the phone rang unanswered. Two hours after placing our order, the restaurant was closed. Extremely disappointing experience.

This was my third time ordering for pickup at this restaurant, and unfortunately, it hasn't been a great experience. Each time, I've had to wait 20 to 30 minutes longer than the promised pickup time. Today, to make matters worse, they didn't even start looking for a driver to pick up my pizza. I won't be coming back again!
