I had the best pretzels of my life at this restaurant. It was 3pm, after lunch, but the pretzels were still warm and fresh. I have never tasted pretzels with such passion before. The crunchy outside combined with the doughy inside, perfectly salted, was beautiful. I ordered pizza bites and a classic salted pretzel and finished it all in ten minutes. It cost me $16, which was a lot for me, but it was worth it. The staff was kind and funny, making me feel like I was in Germany ordering gourmet pretzels. I will always remember these pretzels, they were heavenly. Unfortunately, I did not take any pictures, but trust me, they tasted amazing.
The pretzels are very fresh and taste great, BUT they charge more in the American Dream location than the Wetzels pretzels in other malls. They also charge more for the cheese dipping cups. The staff is friendly and the service is quick but it still doesnt nake it acceptable to over charge. I'm growing VERY tired of American Dream businesses ripping off customers because American Dream is considered a tourist attraction. As a local shopper it's important to me to get the most for my money and where brand loyalty is VERY important to me, you can count on losing my long term business
I ordered fresh hotdog bites, but unfortunately, I was told that they were not available. The hotdog bites looked like they had been sitting out for a while. The manager, who was on his cellphone, instructed the staff to deny my request. This was very unprofessional and unacceptable for a business.
The food at this restaurant is always fresh and kept warm at the perfect temperature for enjoying items like bites and pretzels. The staff is constantly busy either at the cashier or assisting with other tasks. The prices are also very reasonable, not too expensive but not cheap either.

As of today 5/29/23 at 11:30 morning I did order pepperoni it was old it’s not fresh at all and when I told them it’s old they said no they refuse to make me fresh oneI am 18 years in restaurant business I know what it’s old from day before and witch one is freshNot recommended at all
The person works in this place has communication issue, charged us the food we didn’t order. Anyway after we notice that he refused to correct it, We paid extra and get extra order which is fine. If you have a lot money to waste just come here or it’s not recommend it at all.
Don’t go here they have awful customer service, the food is sub par. I was served under cook raw dough inside both my pretzel dog and cheese pretzel dog. Forced to wait over 10 minutes while they try to recook new ones. Run don’t walk
Pretzels were good. Spent $35, was denied request for a water cup. Auntie Anne’s would never do this to me.
