Manager Alexis was being very rude and disrespectful when I went to go pick up a DoorDash order . She was saying I wasn't talking to you and when I had told her I came to pick up a DoorDash order she was being rude and very disrespectful and made someone else give me the order ! Very unprofessional as a manger ! And then after that I went to go tell her that as a manager she shouldn't treat her customers that way even if your going through something ! And she seem so fake when she apologize and thought it was okay what she did ! I am so glad that I let corporate know of my experience and the kind of person they have as a manager !
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. What was supposed to be a 9-minute wait turned into a 25-minute one. The employee who took my order seemed uninterested and ended up taking a break, leaving the other staff member to handle everything. To make matters worse, my order was incorrect. I ended up with a $50 bill and left feeling frustrated. I had mentioned at the beginning that I had people waiting, but there was no acknowledgment of my concerns.
I love pretzels, and this place used to be fantastic. I've been going there regularly for almost two years, at least once a week. However, since they've changed their staff and brought in some younger employees who don’t seem to be properly trained, my cheese dog has either been overcooked or undercooked. Sometimes I find raw dough or it’s only partially baked. It's really disappointing. I hope they return to the high standards they had before!
I always loved the pretzels here but recently I made two purchase here and I found two long hairs.The employees should be more clean and careful when handling food for customers. I threw away all the mini pretzels. to the trash can Not only did I threw away food but my money too.The mini pretzels are delicious though If it wasn't for the nasty hairs I would give it a four or five..

I visited today, and it was a delightful experience. After exploring the incredible mall, I felt tired and overheated when I came across this establishment. They mainly offer pretzels and hot dogs, along with some excellent lemonade. I decided to try the hot dog and paired it with a strawberry lemonade, and it was just perfect.
If you're in the mood for a delicious pretzel, this is the spot to visit. I love indulging in a warm pretzel from time to time. My favorites are the pretzel paired with nacho cheese and the cinnamon-covered variety. Their lemonade is also quite refreshing. They’re conveniently situated near RA Sushi and Afters Ice Cream.
Google Maps indicates that they close at 9 PM, but today they shut their doors before 8:40 PM. I'm unsure about their actual closing time.
Saw clerk handle trash can and then with same gloves handle my food no thanks
