I have attempted to eat here twice this week. First time no soda drinks were available out of carbonation. So I ordered banana pie shake and shake machine wasn't working so I went elsewhere. I tried again today 3 days later and carbonation drink was still in available so I just ordered tea... told to pull to outside lane they had no issues coming to get payment, however it started to rain and they didn't want to bring my food . the inside lane served 5plus people and I was never served a simple #1 on outside lane when I got my food after shower passed )it was cold and stale . This place definitely needs new management!
Ordered a double burger with chz, charged for a triple burger, added crispy med fries and a chicken sand. PaidExtra for a sauce to immerse in the fries. Fries were not crispy and ice-cold within a 1 mile drive and not edible. Burger was cold and chicken sandwich was very warm. First and LAST visit a Whataburger!
The food is excellent, but during my visit, the staff was engaged in a gossip session right in the dining room where I was seated, which was somewhat uncomfortable. I've had better experiences there on other occasions, but I recommend avoiding Sunday mornings when their gossip fest seems to take place.
