This location has become poor in their overall service. I walked in around 1030. About four cars in drive thur, no one in dining room, and one car in curbside. I go to the bathroom first and it is in bad shape. Tp holder broke, paper all over the floor, and everything could use a wiping off. If you’re going to whataburger don’t never come to this one! this is the worse experience I’ve ever had, waited in drive through line for 30 mins and after I’ve payed, they told me to pull up front so I’ve pulled up front and waited another 30 mins so I had to get off my car and ask for my order. Come to find out my order wasn’t even made so they had to make mine quickly. This place is so unorganized and unprofessional, I’ll never come to this whataburger again!
This is the absolute WORST Whataburger. They take forever to even acknowledge you at the speaker and when they do you can't hear nor understand whoever is on the other end. They drag their feet making your order and constantly get it wrong. THEN when you do get your order it's prepared as though a cross eye'd third grader did it.If I even eat a ANY Whataburger again I will go out of my way to avoid THIS one.

The food was fine and the store was clean but it was otherwise a disorganized mess. Didn't seem to be any manager on duty. Shouldn't take 15 minutes to get a burger and fries. No napkins in the dining room and it took quite a while to get someone'sattention so I could get the napkins. Definitely needs more supervision on the floor.
This restaurant location is better than the one on sublet and 287 by far Cooper South Cooper Street Whataburger is my choice for a good burger and a good breakfastFood: 4/5
How can a restaurant that is supposed to be open 24 hours be closed, especially at 6:30 AM? Harmon Dobson would be very disappointed.
This location must be under new Management because the food and service is very much improved
