Customer service was an absolute disgust! Especially from the manager. Repeated my order and still make it incorrectly. The manager's face was dragging and had an unprofessional attitude. Leaves my burger there unwrapped and has to go ask the guys in her office to come fix it. Then the worker fixing to correct it comes out of the office with the same gloves he already had on expecting to touch my burger that way. I had to ask him to change them before touching my burger. The manager was interviewing someone while I was there. I must say the manager made it obvious she does not care nor wanted to be there.
I am shocked by the service at this restaurant. I came here for a family dinner with my wonderful wife, son, and daughter, and while I was trying to place an order for four patty melts, an employee approached me and yelled at me for taking too long to decide on my toppings. This is America! In America, we should be able to customize our patty melts however we like without being judged!
I waited 30 minutes for my food, but the manager on duty, Christina Pena, refused to offer a refund or discount. I was told the delay was due to their printer running out of paper, which doesn’t explain why two other customers who arrived after us received their food before we did. It's frustrating, especially coming from the staff and management.
