Over the four years I have lived in Alabaster I can say this Whataburger is consistently horrible. Always slow, especially in the drive thru, and almost every visit brings some kind of problem with our order. This time I tried the app and placed acurbside order. When we arrived I entered our parking spot number. There were almost no cars in the lot and none in the drivethru so I assumed it would be quick. We waited nearly ten minutes before going in to find that no one had bothered to notice wehad arrived. It had been so long they had to remake the fries. The strawberry shake looked washed out and had very little taste.They acted like it was normal, though, and didn 't try to remedy the issu...
This was my first visit to Whataburger, and I honestly expected it to be like typical fast-food chains such as McDonald's or Burger King. My family and I were pleasantly surprised. My son and I each ordered an extra cheeseburger, assuming they would be small like those at other places, but we were completely wrong. The burgers were huge and loaded with all the toppings you could want. I could hardly finish one combo meal, and my son started on his second burger but soon felt full. You definitely get great value, and the quality is impressive for a fast-food restaurant. We'll definitely stop at Whataburger again on our next trip to the South!
We had an amazing experience at Whataburger. Ms. Krystal was exceptionally kind and went above and beyond to make our visit memorable—she was genuinely sweet and very attentive. Her outstanding service truly made our night special, and we even shared some laughs together. Thanks to her, this restaurant stands out from other fast food places. The food was delicious, and she ensured we were completely happy with everything.
On my first visit, the cheeseburger was outstanding. The friendly and helpful staff made the experience even better. When my wife needed to charge her phone, they went out of their way to assist and managed to find a spot for it under the counter. Unlike many places that would have just said no, they were truly accommodating. The restaurant was also very clean and pleasant.

I'm from New Jersey so this was my first experience at Whataburger. Cheeseburger was good. I guess mustard on burgers is a thing down south? I'm not sure, but next time I know to ask for a burger without the mustard because I'm not a fan. Their french frieswere so crispy and chocolate shake was yummy. I love that the larger soft drink is super sized.
Stopped in for a quick bite, even with the crowd they had everything moving smoothly. The cheeseburger was fresh and the fries were fresh as well! Nice job! Ordered six meals and four were ordered plain! Everything came out as ordered! Thank you!
Great service, but if you're going through the drive through, be prepared to wait a few; it's almost always busy. Four stars only because getting into the restaurant's parking lot is a bit of a challenge. Could be marked a bit more clearly.
Cashier Jessica J raised her voice and proceeded to tell my wife she would have to pay for sauces when my wife simply asked for the sauces we already requested and paid for. This behavior is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE.

I love this restaurant chain. Eating was excellent parking and waiting were crazy looking to be short staff, but treated it the best they could. We keep here whenever we go through and get back
