I have to give this store a big shout out I'm from Illinois and went to visit my sister in California, my flight home had a layover in Dallas but my flight was cancelled due to weather. After a crazy night of trying to fix things I ended up at Quality Inn suites across from Whataburger around 11pm, of course I'm hungry at 1am so I put a order in for pick up. When I got there we realized I sent order to wrong location now I wanna cry lol) but the sweet ladies working made up my order anyways. Thank you so much for not adding to my crazy night. I will return if ever in the area
As long as I've been working at DFW Airport I've always loved how they're always on point with the food and service. From lunch meeting orders to my lunch order this place has NEVER done me wrong, not in the entire 8 years I've been coming here. Don't spend the extra ordering from the Whataburger inside the airport, just come here. I promise you won't be disappointed
More than 40 minutes in the ride thru at 2AM. At least 10 different cars decide that waiting was not worth and go. Spent at least 15 of these minutes before the speaker without giving my order. Could get worse, who knows how I'm currently sitting in the car waiting for someone to take my order.
The staff was very polite, but unfortunately the pommes they gave me were fat and had a little too no salt. They basically lubricated like cardboard. They took almost 30 minutes to serve me and two other people before me when I waited patiently. The burger was worth it!! You can't beat that.
